About This Design

This design is called Polka Dots and it is a simple Blogger template with one sidebar, a drop down navigation bar and custom footer. 

When I set out to design my blog, I had a vague idea of what I wanted it to look like. I know I wanted it to stand out and be bright and I also knew that I didn't want to make things too complicated so that it would look cluttered. At the same time, I knew that I did want it to be unique in its own way and that settling for something like a simple black and white template would not do it for me.
